About Bevan

I’m Bevan Cuthbertson, a carpenter from the Byron Bay region with a passion for traditional timber framing. After completing my apprenticeship and working with high end builders locally, I travelled the world to refine my craft, learning from master carpenters and deepening my appreciation for working with natural materials.

My experience includes many years of immersion in timber framing and log house building in Sweden, where I blended centuries-old techniques with modern prefabrication, CAD design and energy efficient practices. This journey has equipped me with a high level of craftsmanship and innovation, which I’m proud to bring back to Australia.
