Stockholm Glass House

Sweden

This project showcases a timber-framed glass extension designed to feel like a natural continuation of the main building. The steep roofline is fully integrated with solar panels and blends contemporary sustainability with timeless craftsmanship.

The structure features exposed timber framing with clean and precise joinery that sits beautifully behind the glass façade. Its angled roof and full-height glazing invite light in throughout the day and create a warm and energy-efficient space ideal for growing, relaxing or extending everyday living.

A considered mix of materials including natural timber, deep red cladding and sleek black roofing creates a modern Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic that feels cohesive and grounded. This project reflects thoughtful design, meticulous framing and a seamless balance of function, craft and architectural character.
