Glass House Project

Sweden

This frame was a standout project, thoughtfully designed and engineered by Johannes. The two primary timber frames, or bents running through the centre were hand scribed with plumb bobs over a full-scale layout marked directly on the workshop floor. We built both frames on top of one another to ensure absolute accuracy, then drilled through to install the 28 mm rod that prevents wall spread under roof load.

For the exterior walls, each piece was stacked and aligned with precision. The posts were carefully set out and plumbed to guarantee a flawless layout and a structure that would come together seamlessly on site.
